Section 17
Meetings and decisions
(1) Executive meeting shall be held at least once a month.
(2) If more than fifty percent of the members present in the executive committee are present at the meeting of the executive committee, it will be considered that the quorum for the meeting has been reached.
(3) The decision of the meeting of the Executive Committee shall be unanimous.
(4) If a decision cannot be reached by consensus according to sub-section (3), the decision made by the majority of the members of the executive body shall be the decision of the executive body.
(5) Other arrangements related to the meetings and decisions of the Executive will be in accordance with the regulations under Article 218 of the Constitution.
